This new community of 1200 homes in Cambridge is now fully built out and occupied to include a local centre and a primary school set against a 60 ha Country Park that has enhanced nature (50% BNG) and continues to provide wellbeing benefits to local people.
James was part of the team responsible for the delivery and commercial performance of the Grosvenor and USS joint venture at Trumpington Meadows. He lead the promotion of Trumpington South for 750 homes and land sales to facilitate the South East Travel Hub.
Cochrane Strategic has provided the investors with continuity by managing their remaining obligations, delivering land sales and handing over of the long term stewardship of the Country Park to the Wildlife Trust.
